As a character actress she began on radio's "The Pepsodent Show" starring Bob Hope on September 27, 1938.  She worked on many radio programs including "The Abbott and Costello Show", "The Burns and Allen Show", "My Favorite Husband" and many others...

On television she appeared in many guest roles on such shows as "I Married Joan", "The Abbott and Costello Show", "Our Miss Brooks", "Duffy's Tavern", "The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show", "I Love Lucy", "The Gale Storm Show", "December Bride", "The Bob Cummings Show", "The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour", "The Andy Griffith Show", "Petticoat Junction", "The Beverly Hillbillies", "The Dick Van Dyke Show", "The Lucy Show", "Quincy M.E.", "Sanford" and "Murder, She Wrote." *** this is a very brief list, several shows are not listed here.

She also lent her voice to characters in several Merrie Melodies cartoons and could also be heard as Clarabelle the Cow in several Disney shorts.  She passed away on March 6, 1992.
