This is yet another post I am sad to write... I just saw this lady last week on reruns of "The $25,000 Pyramid."  So sad... I don't think there is any question that she is best known as Carol Bondurant on "The Bob Newhart Show" from 1972 to 1978 and as the voice of Edna Krabappel on "The Simpsons" a role which she played on a recurring basis from 1990 until her passing.  Her role as Mrs. Krabappel earned her an Emmy win in 1992. In 2001 she also played Maggie Hawley on the President George W. Bush spoof series "That's My Bush!" Among her television guest work credits are appearances on "Bewitched", "The Brady Bunch", "The Love Boat", "Fantasy Island", "Magnum, P.I.", "Murder, She Wrote", "Gimme a Break!", "ALF", "Night Court", "Full House", "The Young and The Restless", "Murphy Brown" and "7th Heaven....
